*To qualify for the student registration fee, following registration, please email a pdf of enrollment verification to sotlcommons@georgiasouthern.edu – a student ID is not sufficient.
*Georgia Southern faculty and staff may register at a reduced rate. Select the Georgia Southern Faculty tab in the registration system to receive the correct rate. Email sotlcommons@georgiasouthern.edu to request an invoice for departmental transfer.
All cancellations incur a $25 administrative fee. Requests for full refunds will be accepted until January 15, 2026. Refund requests submitted after January 15, 2026, will not be accepted.
